You have subscribed to the Friends option, what benefits do you have?

Welcome to the Club! As a member of the Friends option, you get a 10% discount on your first purchase and a 5% discount on the rest of your purchases. Plus, you'll be up to date with all the latest news and offers from Familia Torres!

You have just acquired a subscription, when will you receive your selection of wines?

Welcome to the Club! From today, you already have all the benefits of being part of the Club, as well as access to the Private Area where you will find your wine shop, the booking of experiences, and advice from our sommeliers. The wines at your home will be delivered within a period of seven working days from the registration date. After that, the following quarterly charges and shipments will be made in the months of March, June, September, and December.

What does each wine collection include?

  • Bronze: four shipments per year of six young wines for your everyday enjoyment. The wines change every quarter.
  • Silver: four shipments per year of six collectible wines. The wines change every quarter.
  • Gold: four shipments per year of three exclusive and collectible wines. The wines change every quarter.

All subscriptions include access to the Private Area and all the benefits of being part of the Club.

Can I add or change my subscription?

Of course! You have three different subscription options, and you can sign up for more than one or change your subscription whenever you want. Keep in mind that once the period of seven days has passed after receiving the information about the next shipment, you will not be able to change it until the following quarter.
To add or change a subscription, you can do so from your Private Area in the Profile section.

Is there a commitment contract?

Although we would love for you to spend a lot of time with us, there is no commitment contract. You can unsubscribe at any time through the Private Area, in the Profile section. Once you have processed your cancellation, you will stop receiving the wine collection and will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits of the Club.

When will I be informed about the selection of wines for the next shipment?

Two weeks before the shipment, you will receive an email with the wines that the next collection contains, and if you are interested, you can change it or add another one. You have one week from the date of the email to make any changes.
From this moment, you will also find all the updated information on the website to consult the wines you will receive.

When will the charge be made to my card?

The charges are made four times a year, specifically on the 10th of March, June, September, and December. A few days before, we will inform you that we will proceed to charge the subscription you have registered.

How do I enjoy the benefits of the Club?

Easy! When you visit one of our restaurants or stores, you just need to identify yourself with your name or your Club's digital card for our staff to apply the discounts. For booking experiences and events, you will have a code in the Private Area to use at the time of purchase, and your discount will be applied automatically.

Can I receive the wines from a subscription if I live outside of Spain?

Yes, but as long as the delivery address is located in Spain, or you are able to pick them up at the Familia Torres Visitors Center in Pacs del Penedès.
