La Causa Naranjo
Old vines, a fresh sea breeze, and the craggy landscape of Trehuaco: these are the elements that come together to produce the prized grapes of our orange wine. After fermentation, the wine undergoes seven months of skin contact, resulting in its characteristic orange hue, exceptionally complex aromas, and firm, exuberant palate.
This wine comes from old vineyards in the Trehuaco area of the Itata Valley and is fermented using traditional methods, that is, with native yeasts from the vineyard and aged on its skins, which gives it a very subtle and delicate orange color. On the nose, it is aromatic and complex with notes of white flowers, peach, and orange peel. On the palate, its freshness stands out, with soft, silky tannins that create excellent volume, a result of the skin fermentation.
