Estelado Rosé
Pale and delicate pink in color, it shows a fine, intense, persistent, and elegant bubble. On the nose, fruity aromas dominate (red fruits and citrus), while the palate is fresh, intense, and wild, characteristic of the ancestral and noble País variety.
Miguel Torres, fifth generation of the family, began producing wines made from the País variety a few years ago. This variety, until recently forgotten in Chile, was the first grape to introduce viticulture to the country. Miguel Torres launched a project to restore the value of this variety together with small local growers, framed under a Fair Trade certification.
Secano Interior
In the heart of central Chile, the Secano Interior stretches across gentle hills and ancient dry-farmed vineyards, where the vine grows without irrigation, defying the aridity of the Mediterranean climate. The granitic and clay soils, together with the influence of the breeze and the sun, give rise to authentic and expressive wines, marked by their freshness, rusticity, and character. From this uniqueness are born wines that reflect the rural tradition and natural richness of one of the most emblematic landscapes of Chilean wine.
