The Cordillera line focuses on showcasing the finest expression of a grape variety in a specific valley. For this Cordillera Cabernet Sauvignon, we selected the Maipo Valley, specifically the mountainous region of Pirque, renowned in Chile for the quality of its red wines. The area's unique soil and climate conditions allow us to produce wines of great character and elegance, which is precisely what we strive for in Cordillera.
Since Miguel Torres arrived in Chile, we have traveled to every corner of this magnificent land in search of the best place to craft unique wines. And we have found not one, but several enclaves with distinct characteristics that contribute something special to viticulture.

Valle Maipo
With its privileged location at the foot of the Andes and close to the city of Santiago, the Maipo Valley DO is considered the cradle of Chilean wine. Its stony and alluvial soils, together with a Mediterranean climate with marked temperature differences between day and night, create an ideal environment for vine cultivation. From this uniqueness are born red wines of great structure and elegance, especially Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting the tradition, richness, and unique character of this emblematic Chilean valley.
