Almado Miguel Torres
Almado is a selection of specific parcels from our regenerative vineyard in Huerta de Maule. The idea behind this wine is to showcase the finest characteristics contributed by each of the chosen varieties in a blend that enhances the expression of the old dry-farmed vineyard.
A complex and innovative wine. Ruby red in color with an intense violet hue, the nose reveals a wide range of aromas, from fresh forest berries to herbs and infusions, giving it an intriguing complexity. On the palate it is structured, with granular tannins and a refined acidity that showcases the most elegant side of dry-farmed vineyards. A vanguard blend, predominantly Cot Rouge, supported by Iberian varieties such as Carignan and Touriga Nacional, which add freshness and a touch of rustic character to the assemblage.
