Our Master Distiller has created the BarrelSeries project, an initiative that seeks togive Torres 10 a different finish. We explore not only flavours but also the soul of each liquid. This carefully perfected artisanal process produces a brandy that represents the evolution of a nearly century-oldl egacy, offering an unparalleled sensory experience.Torres 10 Double Barrel is first aged in vintage American oak barrels using the solera method, obtaining warm, rounded notes. It's then finished in new barrels that add hints of vanilla and a vibrant complexity.
In the 14th century, Arnau de Vilanova created the first Aqua Vitae, a precursor to brandy, and in 1928 Juan Torres Casals continued this legacy by producing high-quality brandies through the distillation and aging of Penedès wines in oak barrels. Since then, the pursuit of excellence has made these brandies internationally renowned and widely awarded.
