JAIME I
The Torres family has been cultivating vineyards in the Penedès region since the 16th century and, in 1870, Jaime Torres Vendrell founded Casa Torres, dedicated to wine. Years later, Gaudí left his mark with works such as La Pedrera, a symbol of Catalan Modernism. In homage to this creative spirit, Torres produced a noble brandy, traditionally distilled in copper stills. Its long ageing in the best American oak barrel senhances it with the woody nuances and sweet spices that are only to be found in the best solera brandies.
