Los Inquietos 01

Inquietos, wines of superlative quality, with great personality and unique character. Inquietos 01 begins this adventure with a wine made from grapes from an old vineyard in the coastal drylands of the Maule Valley. This vineyard has the distinction of having been planted in 1945 as a field blend, predominantly Cot, with smaller proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Romano or César, and an unknown variety. Made with native yeasts, minimal intervention, and extended aging in German oak foudres, it pushes the boundaries of what is possible in terms of the quality of our wines.

Origin

At Miguel Torres, we are characterized by our curiosity. We are constantly thinking, experimenting, and searching for vineyards and techniques that allow us to obtain unique wines with great personality. During this constant search, we come across exceptional wines that often end up as experiments or as part of other blends. The Inquietos Line was born with the idea of showcasing these incredible wines as they emerge.

Maule Costa

With a long winemaking tradition, Maule Costa is one of Chile’s most prominent wine regions. Located near the Pacific coast, the marine influence and temperate climate favor vine cultivation. The diversity of soils and landscapes results in wines with a wide variety of aromas and flavors, reflecting the uniqueness of this coastal territory.
