Nativa Forcada is the first sparkling wine crafted from the Forcada grape variety, rediscovered in our own vineyards and remarkably resilient to the challenges posed by climate change.
Jean Leon is a boutique winery in Penedès, founded in 1963 by the Cantabrian-born Jean Leon (originally named Ceferino Carrión), a visionary who brought to life his two greatest dreams: creating Hollywood’s most luxurious restaurant and crafting an exclusive wine to delight his distinguished guests.
The winery has been owned by the Torres family since 1994 and, since 2010, has been led by Mireia Torres. Jean Leon was a pioneer in Spain, becoming the first winery to produce a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon and to be awarded the “Vino de Finca Calificada” designation in Penedès, the highest recognition granted by the Government of Catalonia.
Today, with 60 hectares of estate-owned vineyards, all of its wines have been certified organic since the 2012 vintage and are exported to over 40 countries worldwide.

With a long-standing tradition of crafting premium sparkling wines, DO Clàssic Penedès emerges in the heart of the Penedès as the purest expression of a Mediterranean landscape nestled between the sea and the mountains, just a short distance from Barcelona and Tarragona. The interplay of sunshine, sea breeze and vineyard altitude creates an exceptional winegrowing environment, where organic viticulture is a core value. From this unique balance of climate, soils and indigenous grape varieties come sparkling wines with a distinct identity, extended ageing and remarkable aromatic complexity. An array of fruity, floral and long-matured notes reflects a diverse land, united by a shared commitment to producing top-quality sparkling wines, fully organic and crafted according to the traditional method.
