Santa Digna Merlot
Santa Digna reflects the essence of the Familia Torres’ Chilean venture; a fusion of abundance and simplicity. A sign of gratitude towards the continent and culture that welcomed the family with open arms more than 30 years ago, Santa Digna symbolises the union between the original cross of prosperity and the Latin American cross of the Andes.
The stone crosses located on the outskirts of the land were named Santa Digna. These crosses served to demarcate territories and symbolized good fortune and protection for those departing for distant lands.
Valle Central. Chile
Located in the heart of Chile, the Central Valley is the country’s largest and most emblematic wine region. It stretches from Santiago to the south of the Maule region, covering a wide strip of fertile land between the Andes and the Coastal Range. The Mediterranean climate, with warm, dry summers and mild winters, together with the influence of rivers and the diversity of soils, creates ideal conditions for grape growing.
